Starting Monday 13th May:

Many thanks for your interest in the Pershore Plum Plodders (PPP) Couch to 5K course.

This course is designed for people who are completely new to running or who haven’t run for a long time and want to get back into it. We will give you the opportunity to build up your confidence, fitness and stamina in a supportive and encouraging environment. We hope you enjoy it and we are looking forward to meeting you.

The course is run by qualified Run Leaders who have completed training through UK athletics and are active members of Pershore Plum Plodders, an England Athletics affiliated running club. Click here for more information about the club.

We will follow a 9 week programme and the cost will be £20 for the full 9 weeks. We are fully committed to doing everything we can to help you to hit your goal, so in return we will ask you to attend for the full 9 weeks and complete some ‘homework’ in between sessions. We regret that refunds cannot be given if you are unable to complete so you are advised to get a health check with your GP and ensure you are fully committed and able before signing up.

If you have holidays booked during the course, you are still welcome to join but it will be up to you to approach the course leader and ask for a training schedule so that you can stay on track and join in again when you return without missing anything.

The £20 joining up fee includes a year’s membership of the PPP club which runs until April 2020. This will enable you to continue running once you reach 5K with the new friends you will make.

Please complete the disclaimer form which is at the bottom of the page and return it to pershoreplumplodders@gmail.com or bring it along to the first session. Payment must be made by using the bank details HERE.
**Please use Reference of your name & C25K when making payment- Eg. JoeBlogsC25K**

We will meet at 6pm in Pershore Abbey Car Park on Monday 13th May.  Wear lose fitting clothes and trainers and bring a bottle of water in case it is warm, parking is free at the car park, the nearest public toilets are available outside Asda in the centre of town.

We look forward to seeing you there!
Kind Regards,
Helen and Suzanne (PPP C25k coaches)
