Wednesday – For those runners who can easily run at least 4 miles and want to start improving their times.

We offer a couple of route options for Wednesdays that vary in distance between 4 – 7 miles which we try to vary, however, as daylight is an important factor we do have routes more suitable for winter, and as such these tend to be more road/tarmac based.

We have qualified LIRF leaders who take out different paced groups ranging from:

  • 8.30 min/miles and under
  • 9 – 9.30 min/miles
  • 10 – 10.30 min/miles
  • 11 – 11.30 min/miles
  • 12 – 12.30 min/miles

Please listen to their route and any instructions given before setting off.

Please note: Membership to the Pershore Plum Plodders isn’t strict but the mid week run is for club members only.

New runners should attend a Monday night club night first before attending the Wednesday nights sessions.

If you fancy joining us, we meet in Pershore Abbey car park at 6pm. If it’s dark wear something reflective and bring a head torch – This is a must for your safety !
