New runners are welcomed on Mondays.
If you’re completely new to running, come along to our new runners night on Monday’s for a simple, easy terrain route that’s suitable for all new runners.
Monday evening’s are for those of you who are either completely new to running or an existing runner who would like to come along for the first time. We always have someone on hand that will take you out and start you on your running journey.
We have qualified LIRF leaders who take out different paced groups ranging from:
- 8.30 min/miles and under
- 9 – 9.30 min/miles
- 10 – 10.30 min/miles
- 11 – 11.30 min/miles
- 12 – 12.30 min/miles
Please listen to their route and any instructions given before setting off.
We meet in Pershore Abbey car park at just before 6pm (please note there are no toilets available at the car park). If you have any questions then please contact us either via the link on this web site or email directly to email@example.com.
For winter running and dark night time running, please ensure that you wear something bright and reflective and bring a head torch – this is a must for your safety !
For summer running or any hot weather running, please ensure that you stay hydrated before, during and after you run and put on any sun cream you need to help protect yourself.
