If you are completely new to running or an existing runner who wants to join us then please do come along to one of our Plod nights where someone will be on hand to meet you and set you off in the correct group.

We meet in Pershore Abbey car park at just before 6pm (please note there are no toilets available at the car park). If you have any questions then please contact us either via the link on this web site or email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have qualified LIRF leaders who take out different paced groups ranging from:
- 8.30 min/miles and under
- 9 – 9.30 min/miles
- 10 – 10.30 min/miles
- 11 – 11.30 min/miles
- 12 – 12.30 min/miles
Please listen to their route and any instructions given before setting off.
**For summer running or any hot weather running, please ensure that you stay hydrated before, during and after you run and put on any sun cream you need to help protect yourself.
**For winter running and dark night time running, please ensure that you wear something bright and reflective and bring a head torch – this is a must for your safety!
During winter, the lack of daylight is an important factor so we do have routes more suitable for this time of year, and as such these tend to be more road/tarmac based.
